Bloodcurdling hearts locked behind the bars, bloodshed all over our motherland,
Patriot’s suffered in the cellular jails to feel the fragrance of 1947.
Trampled under the English shoes, Hero’s succumbed to injuries to hoist the flag on the summits of our motherland.
Blood drenched massacre, blood flowed into rivulets our brothers lost their lives sacrificing their souls for freedom.
Brave hearts fought against the lucrative Englishmen plundering our peninsula,
Xenophobic lives relieved from the shackles of nefarious rulers.
Martyrs marched for freedom in the sultry weather dripping hot sweat to see an Independent India,
Redeemed the nation from the intruders with a noble weapon of Non-violence.
Valiant men shielded the country from the cartridges of the East India Company.
Let’s salute to the bravados that faced danger enduring pain.
Together with oneness hoist the flag of freedom unfurling peace.
Domicile that’s unbreakable, unblemished, unconquerable unique
Incredible India.
